What is the best way to contact the Dollar Bead Club?

What plans are available for the Dollar Bead Box?

We currently offer 1-, 3- and 6-month subscriptions.

1-month plan - $19.50
3-month plan - $19.50/month. SAVE over 15%
6-month plan - $18.50/month. SAVE over 20%

Dollar Bead Club recurring subscriptions automatically renew.

Who has access to the Dollar Bead Club Shop?

Only Members in the Dollar Bead Club may purchase items from the Shop. Members have full access to all the items in the Shop. Membership can be obtained by purchasing an Annual Membership or by placing an order for a 3- or 6-month recurring subscription to the Dollar Bead Box. Cancellation of your Dollar Bead Box subscription will result in the cancellation of your Dollar Bead Club Membership and access to the online Shop. The only exception to this, is that Dollar Bead Bag subscribers may purchase items from the two most recent Dollar Bead Bags only (items are available for a minimum of 30 days).

How do I order items from the Dollar Bead Club Shop?

Once you have your Member login and your account is activated, you can go online at dollarbeadbox.com and order with our easy-to-use website shopping cart. Simply select "Shop" at the top of the page to get started. Shipping and handling for US orders from the Shop is a flat rate of $5.49. Shipping and handling for international orders varies, but the total should be shown before you complete your order.

When will I be billed for the Dollar Bead Box and Dollar Bead Bag?

Dollar Bead Box and Dollar Bead Bag subscriptions are filled throughout the month. Initial billing and shipping will be done at the time of your order. Recurring billing and shipping for future subscriptions is approximately the same date of the month as the original order. Box and Bag subscription orders placed separately may be combined for processing and shipping.

How are Dollar Bead Club items shipped?

The Dollar Bead Club orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Shipping and handling for US orders from the Shop is a flat rate of $5.49. While we do our best to assure all items are delivered in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delays in deliveries, for non-deliveries caused by customer error, or for orders that show delivery by the USPS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International shipping costs should be included in your total before you complete your order. If shipping does not show up, please contact us so we can activate shipping for your country. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. International orders may require additional costs due to local customs or postal fees - these are the customer's responsibility. Again, while we will do our best to assure the delivery of all items, international orders are not guaranteed for delivery.

How do I change my address information

If you need to change your address information for a recurring Dollar Bead Box or Bead Bag subscription, please contact us at: [email protected] with the new information. Otherwise, your address will not get changed in the actual subscription order.

How do I change my payment information?

If you need to change the payment method for a recurring order, e.g., a new credit card, you will need to create a new order with the new information. Then be sure to cancel the old order or contact us to do it for you.

How do I cancel my Dollar Bead Club Subscription or Dollar Bead Club account?

Dollar Bead Box and Dollar Bead Bag subscriptions are automatically renewing subscriptions. Contact us at: [email protected] and we can do it for you. You may also cancel by accessing the "My Account" page and following the instructions. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but may take up to 72 hours to take effect. Subscription orders and orders from the Dollar Bead Club online Shop that have processed cannot be cancelled. Access to the Dollar Bead Club online Shop will no longer be available once a subscription is cancelled. Please note that cancellations may take up to 72 hours to take effect.

Dollar Bead Club Products

While we try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, the listed quantity for bead strands and packages of 20 or more items may vary by an item or two.

Returns and Exchanges

Other than for damaged or incorrect items, we do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds of products, including the Dollar Bead Box and Dollar Bead Bag.
